Looks like he braked hard and toppled forwards..but yeah does look a bit set up.

If that was a set-up you'd think the bikes behind would've left a bit more of a gap.

But then why is it being recorded, at night, when you can't see anything but this crash. Strange. Ok so my verdict is this was indeed set up and everyone involved are idiots with a desire to be in a wheelchair.
