to the bicyclist for going on red, and riding on crosswalk

I'm not sure if I see it the same way as you. After looking back a few times I didn't notice the brake light come on. Mechanical issues?

You're right but you can see braking marks on asphalt, right?

Agreed and I just want to add that cold tires and cold road = no traction.
