I've never ridden a motorboke (family members killed, etc) so I'm no expert, but it seems to me that the small car is at fault because it strayed into the lane where the truck and bike were. But it also seems to me that the bike rider was at least unwise to overtake the truck like that. They were very close to the truck, if it swerved a little they would also be toast. So I think the car was at fault, but the bike rider could have made better decisions to lower their risk. |
