I know he shouldn't have been going that fast, but his headlight was on and why didn't the suv wait? He/she waited for all the slower ones.

I think the speed must've been close to 95mph. At that rate, the car driver might not have seen anything if the biker had quickly changed lanes just before the intersection. Biker definitely in my opinion had all the fault lying w/ him. |
