Motorcycle Crosses Center Line Gets Hit by Truck
The guy on the motorcycle was speeding into a turn, his bike crosses the center line, then he gets nailed by an oncoming truck.

it is remarkably easy to take a turn at the wrong angle if you are not paying attention. Once committed to the trajectory, hard to change course.
