The speeding was major cause. That also has all the signs of distracted driving: Total lack of situational awareness, last minute steering evasion reaction, no braking (which involves a time delay to move foot from gas to brake pedal). Methinks that was a cell phone fatality(ies).

It's actually just how folk drive there  Probably not slept, hurrying to deliver goods before a rapidly approaching deadline.. overloaded vehicle, shit brakes.. faith in existential beings and talismans to bring luck... loads of poorer countries are like that. |
