I keep eyeing the scene frameXframe, & still can't come up w/ a story. At first, I thought he was holding an explosive that he set off by losing his balance, but now;...I dunno. Just wish the camera operator had used his zoom, with a higher Def camera. Could it be he was rolling out a high-gauge wire to be used for a street party, and accidently grounded it when he lost balance? hmmmm…...
