Mexico, A brief moment of fun turned into tragedy for a little boy of no more than 5 years old, who was run over while playing on the streets just a few feet from his mother.

She was standing holding a stroller while holding her cell phone with her other hand , apparently unaware that the child was in a blind spot for a driver.

Kid ended up in the Hospital.
