You see there in that country 1: seatbelt not required. 2: He was the driver. Certain prolific minds reviewed the situation and decided driving on the left hand side of the vehicle would allow better view from the driver seat and allow greater safety, then some dumb ass Republican came along and said we should drive on the other side of the road, Hence, The same obstruction of view.
