I used to fill propane tanks for a hardware supply store around here. You always hook up and verify all connections before turning the pump on and then lifting the filling lever to activate the flow. The tech tried to save a minute and paid the price. You have to be almost paranoid when messing around with stuff that's not only extremely cold but extremely flammable and explosive in the right conditions.
