you are wrong my friend! the red truck is in the middle lane, the car leaves the merge lane and travels through the first lane and hits the truck. the car should have stopped in the first lane just as she left the merge lane. only a woman!!!!  |

Statistically, men are far worse drivers. This is why insurance premiums are so much higher for men than for women.

The dude in the red truck is obviously at fault. Since it is a utility type vehicle, odds are it a guy.
