This poor guy on a scooter was waiting at a traffic light and gets hit head-on. Once he gets hit, he is slammed into another car. Looks like a hit and run as well, but could not tell for sure.

The video has a couple of jerky spots in it, I'm guessing that is from the cars dash camera.

Just before the red car screeches around the corner, the scooter traveling in the same direction as the red car stops suddenly in the middle of the road. At first I thought the red car was trying to avoid hitting him but slick road conditions combined with speed led to even more carnage. When I watched it again, I noticed the red car seems to have his right turn signal on. Perhaps that scooter wasn't a factor. Since the red car appears to flee, maybe DWI is the cause. We may never know.
