Not sure how you could see that given the blurriness of the vid, but I'm guessing it's either that, or it's some old deaf git who thinks he owns the road because he's retired and paid all his taxes to society.

This phenomenon amazes me. People actually believe slow trotting it across the road or even a busy highway will be fine. All vehicles will miraculously stop so you can slow trot your gutter ass across to the other side. Yes, vehicles need to be alert and safe at all times, but so do freaking pedestrians. How come people don't get that?  |
