Man Hit by Car, Driven by Retired Cop, After Throwing Rocks at Car
Brazil, Mr Da Silva saw that a man in his car didn't pay for a parking space in a town square so he decided to pick up some rocks and throw them at the car. After the windshield was hit the car driver (a retired cop) decided to hit the rock throwing idiot which resulted in a broken foot. The driver was arrested but released after he told a delegate he was acting in self defense.   |
