I don't know of any drugs other than PCP that makes people need to get butt ass naked...but its possible there are others.

Just think, he was just driving a car.  I used to be a cop. One night we get a call from a trucker who had stopped for gas in this little town within my patrol area. He tells dispatch that there is a naked man on his truck, standing on the running board and holding the door with one hand and the rearview mirror with the other, and he is yelling and some crazy shit and won't get down. Dispatch gets on the radio with us and as she is holding back the laughter. When my partner and I get there we find a naked man holding on to the truck screaming "Take me to God!!!" It is gross to have to touch someone like this, even with gloves on! This guy reminded me of that guy on the truck, still laughing.
