What's the point of having seatbelts installed if you'll never use them. People who don't give a crap for safety while they are behind the wheel of a vehicle should just ask for a discount when purchasing a car.

It looks to me like he was trying to pass the guy with the hazards on? He could have lost control during acceleration. Maybe?
