Biker cut it way too fine assuming the guy walking was still going to be on zebra when he got there. Taxi should have noted the stopped car and slowed down. So, two idiots an accident make.

Desensitiation I'm amazed when people don't realize something might be going on when the vehicles in front have brake lights going or are stopped. He more glazed a few feet than flew. |
