A Vietnamese man was using an angle grinder to cut an empty drum open, that had previously contained chemicals, but although the drum no longer contained chemicals there may still have been residual vapors or gases inside so during the cutting process, the drum suddenly exploded, injuring the man, who was quickly assisted by nearby residents and taken to the hospital for treatment.
