I am not sure, but it looks like an arm or some other type of limb hits the back tire of the blue Lada looking car. Good eye.

I downloaded the video and played it at 10% speed. At the moment of impact, either the driver or passenger is slammed into the window facing the camera. Also at 0:03 there looks to be another ejection, but this is hardly visible at normal speed. The person thrown against the window had a white shirt.

The guy who originally uploaded the video to YouTube said that everyone survived the crash with minor injuries
