My best guess? I'm thinking she may of been in labour and it was a panic induced race to the hospital. Woulda been better off just letting her pop it out on the front seat.

I don't really blame the van driver, judging by the lane lines he was just moving over to the new lane not expecting someone to be speeding from the shoulder like that.
