Lorry Rams Into Stopping Vehicles 20.09.2023 - The accident incident is believed to have occurred from the direction of IOI City Mall to Putrajaya. Around 11:55 am today (September 20), it went viral on the x page (Twitter) where people started uploading several video clips showing an accident that had just happened in Putrajaya. Through the first clip uploaded by user X (@syazmnnn), it clearly shows several destroyed vehicles 'swept' by a lorry, and even several motorbikes belonging to PDRM are also involved. "I never thought that the things I always thought about would finally happen. Ministerial convoy and public vehicles accident from IOI direction to Putrajaya. He said one civilian died. May Allah ease everyone's affairs," wrote Syazmnnn through the caption. |

The Truck's Brake Failure Is Suspected To Be The Cause Of The Accident Through the dashcam recording by vehicles around the area, a lorry was suspected of failing to brake and finally rammed into several vehicles on the left side of the road until the area was closed by the authorities, PDRM. The road is understood to be closed to make way for the ministers. In fact, members of the public also informed that there may be members of the public who died at the scene of the incident, but this has not been confirmed by the authorities. So far there is no confirmation whether the convoy involved any minister. |

that dashcam vid is sped up i guess but weird he didn't steer to the left onto the curb/grass to avoid hitting the vehicles.

the car dashcam seems accurate (can see from the "seconds") .. not the traffic CCTV which was slowed down  |

Looks like he attempted but failed. A driver with off-road skills probably could have succeeded. Driver needed to steer that truck off road with gusto (and at a higher angle), anticipating the raised embankment would act like a bumper rail.
