Are you dumb? That off ramp that the Truck is taking, is also an on ramp. The guy that died...was driving str8 as the truck veered into his lane. Soon as the truck realized what he did, he tried correcting it, which caused him to jack knife, which cause the collision to the car. Even if the car had stopped, the truck would have continued to jack knife, and making contact.
