Daily Mail, 27 April. Just a gentle one here.
A biker face-planted into the road in central London while riding between vehicles and the toe-curling moment was caught on dashcam.
Mark Knight, 37, from Hampshire, was driving through East Smithfield, near Tower Bridge when a group of motorcyclists tried to ride through standstill traffic.
One of the riders appeared to brake too fast, and preceded to fall head over his handlebars.
Mr Knight, who was with his friend, got out of his car to help the biker.
He said: 'The rider was filtering through stationary traffic at above 20mph and he started to slow before he passed my vehicle.
'He then locked on his front brakes and flipped over before the bike landed on him.
'I got out of my car with my friend and put the bike the right way up before calling the ambulance and police.'
Yeah, that's what we do here. Did you catch that, South East Asia??
