May 22 2009 A CCTV camera on a road in east London captured the moment when London Mayor Boris Johnson and a group of fellow cyclists narrowly escaped serious injury after a lorry hit a parked car and pulled it onto the road.


Mr Johnson is seen inspecting the damage.

if you look at the picture where the camera would be coming from there's some construction going on on that building, and they have bluish nets hanging up on the scaffolding, the camera might just be filming through those nets causing what we see to be blue?
