Let’s remember it’s a fucking truck with giant tree logs back there...it doesn’t just yield on a whim because a jackass decided to not drive safely.
The blame is on the dumbass riding the moped. And he wasn’t using the crosswalk. He was in the farthest lane from the middle. So instead of driving like a sane individual, make the right and then uturn, decides to just blindly cross and the truck had to maneuver the best he could. And sadly toppled and poor people doing nothing wrong paid the price.
Fucking terrible and sickening.
Hope the dumbass was caught.
