Surveillance video shows the moment a car drove over a little girl crossing a road in Tianzhu county of southwest China's Guizhou Province on Friday. The police said the driver took responsibility for the incident, but the girl's grandfather was also to blame for failing to keep the girl safe. |

Two year old Chinese boy gets run over by a car. The incident happened at about 10:00 on Monday near a factory. CCTV shows the child playing alone in front of a black sedan when the driver, while talking on the phone, started driving the vehicle car without noticing the child. The police said that the driver, also the factory head, immediately stopped after hitting the child and took the child to the hospital. |

It looks like both kids got very lucky and did not get run over by the tires. They were probably banged up but not smeared down the road!  |

I know a lot of people gonna blame driver for being on the phone buy why was he in the street to begin with ? The boy must watch a lotta superhero movies he put his hands up to try an stop the car . (Second video)

What's the world coming to when a 2 year old can't even make his way to work at a sweatshop without getting run over! Good thing the kids are ok and were able to go to work that afternoon docked only a half days dollar!  |

The grandfather in the first video was more interested in arguing with the driver of the car rather than how his grandchild was! And the second video, I think that was the kids father driving the car! He had that 'sorry honey' look on his face. LOL
