The crane operator below hit the forklift and then he realized what he did. Victim's family is to poor to sue so a friend from the factory leaked the vid  .

Yes, I see now. You can see the operator walking along the floor with the pendant controller for the overhead crane. You can see his reaction as the man-lift falls over.
