At Least 8 Killed when Lorry Loaded with People Crosses a Flooded Road
The death toll from floods in Kenya since March 1st 2024 is 76 with 19 people reported missing. The most distressing was the Kwa Muswii River, Makueni County, Kenya on Friday which claimed at least 8 people when a lorry lost control while carrying locals and ballast on a flooded road.

All the noises the people make on both vids: screams, whistles, oscillating whoops.  In the First World, we have emergency sirens to do all that work so the humans can focus on the rescue ops.  |
