See, this excuse is bullshit. If you're deaf, you still have these things called "eyes" that "see" the world around you. You "see" a road, and then you "look" left and right before you cross it. You can "see" a bus coming rather easily using those "eyes".

But I've met some completely fucking retarded deaf people in my time. "I'm deaf, so I don't NEED to pay more attention. Everyone has to defer to me."
