Kids Fall Out Of Runaway Bus

One person died and eight were injured in a traffic accident on Friday morning, December 19, when a public transport bus overturned on the road connecting the community of El Bote, in the municipality of El Cuá, Jinotega, with the city of Matagalpa, Nicaragua. The bus, license plate MT 303, was driven by José Antonio Mairena. According to preliminary reports, the vehicle experienced mechanical problems with its braking system, causing the driver to lose control on a curve, collide with another vehicle, and overturn at the edge of a ravine.
