Pretty brutal hard to believe the guy jumped up so quickly he went the wrong direction though should have walked to the shoulder.

Great clip!

A few observations;
1) The white van appears to take no evasive action. THe brake lights first appear AFTER impact. A distracted driver perhaps?
2) the object thrown far to the right off the road does appear to have a human form but seems too large for a child. An adult (mother?) perhaps?
3) The driver of the cam-car is my kind of driver! He is smart enough to not only look far ahead (most drivers just look at the rear of the car in front of them), but he begins to slow down and pull to the right BEFORE the impact ahead of him occurs. That's how one avoids other people's crap.
4) The driver that pulls in front of the cam car was probably either following too closely or wasn't paying good enough attention. He should have been able to stop BEHIND the cam-car.
