why don't they put a crosswalk there in front of the school or crossing guards not to mention that moron dad on the scooter taking his daughter home both wearing no helmet plus the van driver has no insight in traffic as you slow down when you see a bunch of kids on the sidewalk trying to cross. Even his late reaction tells me he didn't even notice he hit something at all. Moron city, China.

Definitely needs a crossing guard. Children that young and small all darting from multiple sections of the street was just an accident waiting to happen.
