this looks more like Suicide attempt then drunkenness, and i didn't see anything to indicate the biker to be drunk

Watched it a few times now and you can see, straight after he lays down on the floor, some headlights coming up. Then the video jumps, like part has been cut out. So looks like somebody drove up before the motorbike....
