Inflatable Ride into Drain Canal
From the information I can find, this appears to have happened in either Chihuahua, San Nicolás, or Nuevo León. The young man appears to be riding an inflatable mattress down a drain canal after a heavy rainfall. His friend is awaiting him near the drain entrance so he can catch him, but he fails to get hold of him and the young man is swallowed up with the water.      |

Thanks.  I could only find 2 news articles stating the outcome was unknown, and one that stated he had died.
