Re: Indonesia - Two People On Bike Hit By Truck
You would not believe how common this kind of shit is there. They don't have hardly any cross-traffic lights, and the road lines are all just basically a suggestion that nobody heeds. Anytime I'm ever there, I only ever ride in private cars. I wouldn't even take their deathtrap "bus" vans. I feel like road hazards and bikes are their way of population control.

Re: Indonesia - Two People On Bike Hit By Truck
The video of the seconds of a container truck hitting a motorcycle in East Java was caught on a car dashboard camera. The video was then uploaded on Instagram. In the video, you can see a T-junction, at the red light in front of the Transmart. From the video, it can be seen that the light is green and some road users are driving. However, from the east, a container truck can be seen moving quite fast. Meanwhile, from the other direction, from the red light which just turned green, a motorcycle rider was seen riding a student passenger. The truck hit the motorcycle. The truck then suddenly stopped. The victim was then immediately taken to the General Hospital. It is known that there were no casualties in the incident. However, the victim suffered a broken leg. Allegedly, the truck violated a red light. The Fuso B 9706 PXR truck driven by H. W., 38, hit a Honda Beat motorcyclist driven by C. M. L, 22. At the time of the accident, the victim was riding with Z. T. F, 14, a student at a junior high school. |
