Incoming Crashing Truck Loaded with Sand

Two villagers narrowly escaped from being buried in sand after a transport truck rolled over on a road in southern China.

Two villagers sitting outside a repair site as a passing truck skids and topples over. The sand being carried by the vehicle poured across the road and towards where the two locals were sitting.

According to the local police, the accident may have been caused by broken tires after a lengthy brake on a long downhill. It is still under further investigation.

Now THAT'S how you make a new roadside beach!

Just another day in China though. Another 50yrs or so and they'll probably be more safe. I imagine the US was similarly dangerous around the time of the industrial revolution, which is basically what China is going through now.

Re: Incoming Crashing Truck Loaded with Sand

~ Someone was honking their wannabe horn to warn of the impending danger.
~ Looks like the driver thought of sidewinding the truck to at least slow it down enough to become manageable, as it came towards the merging road, but then it flipped anyway.
