Impatient Trucker Overtakes Another Truck and Hits 2 People on Bike
Vietnam. The 2 probably got surprised by the overtaking truck and hit the brakes and fell so they hit the truck.

I don't know. It almost looks like to me they were either not paying attention, or were trying to pass the bike in front of them...possibly wet road. There was plenty of time to see there were vehicles overtaking the slow truck from the bike's oncoming side. Also, they tanked the bike well before the truck hit them, and they had time to get behind the other bike. Honestly, I don't think this was solely the truck's fault.
