The guy who fucked up assumed the truck coming down the hill was turning, like the last two trucks did. The truck with the dashcam would have had to wait for the truck coming down the hill to turn right or go straight either way as left turn yields the right of way, thats why he didnt take the left. The driver who pulled out should NOT have assumed the truck coming down the hill was turning right.

He could'nt see the truck coming on account of the turban getting in his eyes! Or was it a turban from Durban on bourbon! 1 in 4 truck drivers in North America are from other countries with no traffic insfrastructure, road rules or laws and come here knowing when they kill the innocents out there, they can flee home and never be found and brought back for justice. Don't believe it, sit at an American border crossing or weigh scale and observe the arrests made by DOT officers which amount to just a small fraction of those that get away with driving big rigs without the proper training and skills required! Thats why theres more semi accidents now than ever! Stay away from big trucks or become piss on a plate!
