Lol, hard to tell who was really in the wrong here. If you're unloading an excavator in the middle of a road with traffic, you should probably set up some cones or something to mark off the area. At least as you're unloading the equipment. It could have been way worse though. I was waiting for a vehicle to come flying into the frame at 60mph and plow into the excavator.. not some wimpy little scratch. |

Sorry, it's the fault of the driver. The excavator operator can't see very well behind him, (If at ALL). The car SHOULD have just stopped and waited 60 seconds. When you are around such large equipment, you need to watch out for yourself. |
