Illegal Beetle Taxi Hits Teen on Bicycle
Mexico, A VW Beetle, used as a illegal taxi, hits a boy riding his bike before the driver fled the scene. The boy cries on the sidewalk and still cannot move, although they ask him where he lives, the cry does not allow him to answer. The Ministry of Mobility reported that the Volkswagen was located nearby, but the driver is still at large.

I'd say the bike rider was more to blame, illegal taxi or not. I love a Beetle though, the old ones are best. Ted Bundy had one, but I think they called them Bugs in America. Lol
