Ignoring Red Light While Street Racing in the Inner City
Hungary, Budapest. The guy driving this Lancer was in a talent show a few years ago, had a rough life, his family were squatting in a shitty apartment near the accident; mother is in jail, father is terminally ill. He borrowed the car, the tires was dead years ago, didn't made the turn. Pretty sure he was drunk too, or high. Driver is dead, the other person in the car was 14, left seriously injured. |

Yes and yes. It's a common thing here to use fully worn, 15 years old summer tires without any pattern.
