that's not FedEx.
This was in Poland 2 years ago.
He suffered a broken collarbone.

Accident on ul. Poznańska in Kościan took place on New Year's Eve around midnight. A video recording of the incident has surfaced online. They were most likely taken by a woman who wanted to film a fireworks display. The video shows a dark-clad man crouching on the roadway, possibly trying to set off fireworks. Fog shrouds the street. Suddenly, a speeding van appears and hits the man who noticed the vehicle at the last moment and didn't have time to react. A woman's dramatic screams are heard.
