I'm thinking that if he ain't back to work tomorrow morning, he's fired, and not getting paid at all. They aren't paying him to lay on the ground and writhe around! They got an Asian business to run!

I find it funny when it's implied that the entire world operates exactly like America. It doesn't. America is the most lawsuit happy country in the world but that doesn't mean you get huge cash settlements for workplace injuries in other countries also, lol. Americans are too accustomed to lawyer propaganda.

Judging by the trucks and general workplace conditions this happened in an Asian country and the only thing this guy will be getting is fired from his job for being so unproductive.
