Better to use a bystander instead of a company employee. You don't have to replace bystanders. No need to buy a new badge, new safety helmet cloth cap, factory issued safety flip-flops, company issued fluorescent safety vest, etc, etc. All that saves at least $8, and that's how you run a profitable business. You control costs.
