I have a guess. Maybe the suspended guy was a motorcycle rider trailing the taxi, both speeding. The cab rear-ended the truck, the motorcycle rider rear-ended the taxi, went up over his handlebars into the truck, and the motorcycle bounced off camera. |

Agree he was likely in vehicle that rear-ended the taxi and he kept moving.

Obviously, the guy took his shoe off! This is actually a common accident that happens when shoes are removed. That is why they are normally tied on. |

Well, the back of the cab is significantly crushed so something hit the cab from behind. Note the front of the cab is not nearly as crushed. I think the cab was pushed into the truck as a result of being struck from behind. So that ornament display originated further back.
