It looks like the car swerved right to get out of his way, he would have avoided the car if he stopped running. The pedestrian probably assumed the driver would swerve to the left to avoid him, as you can see he almost crossed that lane altogether so even if the car held it's original line it would have probably missed him. He took a pointless risk and now he's dead. Good riddance. |
