You can tell by the video that the driver was going too fast for that urban setting. His speedo clocked in at 60kph. The First World posts narrow urban settings at 40kph/25mph, with much of Europe at or moving toward 30kph.

Also, the video clearly shows the woman was "moving the fuck too slow", as they put it in Europe. If you are gonna cross on the red, you better "Hustle It Up!"  |

he's the human equivalant of the dreaded red circle to point out the victim and the other involved  speedy driver and the stupid woman had no clear view what was coming but the universe settled that for them both. |
