Location A total of 13 people including the bus driver, 11 passengers and the truck driver were injured and sent to hospital. Afterwards, a car cam video was circulated online, showing that the truck was suspected of crossing the line at the bend at the time of the accident. Soon after, the front of the truck pointed directly at the KMB oncoming along the opposite line and slammed into the front and body of the KMB. The front of the truck was severely damaged, the truck bed was split open, and the foam boxes and plastic baskets on the truck were scattered all over the ground. Fortunately, the private car that took the car cam video stopped in time and did not hit the KMB again, but someone in the car was scared and screamed, describing it as: "So scared!" The scene also shows that the truck driver was trapped in the cab after the accident. He struggled hard to leave the car. |
