A 37-year-old man surnamed Ouyang reported to the police that his 2-year-old daughter was crossing the road outside the swimming pool in Saigon and was hit by a car. The approaching private car hit. The girl suffered a bruise on her forehead and was conscious and sent to Tseung Kwan O Hospital for treatment. The case was classified as "a traffic accident with injuries".
