I think its fairly obvious why that accident happened, fault is on both parties.

Biker sounded angry already at the start of the video and was massively impatient. Just because he had a green light doesn't give him temporary invincibility so he should have clocked the traffic blocking his way and proceeded with caution.

Car driver should also have seen his light turn red, traffic approaching from either side and stayed the hell where he was. Poor obs, car driver. At least nobody was hurt?
